Additionally we offer a Benelli personal purchase program for all sworn law enforcement officers.

Individual Officer Sales: All sworn Law Enforcement Officers, including federal, city, county, and state, with positive proof of eligibility and credentials, are eligible to purchase under the Benelli First Responder program.

Due to US firearms laws regarding imported shotguns and specific imported firearm options & accessories, the Benelli Law Enforcement models can only be sold to active LAW ENFORCEMENT officers. Unfortunately, we cannot sell Benelli products to any other type of purchaser, regardless of your qualification under any other program. We can not sell any Benelli law enforcement products to the general public (including retired law enforcement officers and active or retired military) or to firearms dealers. This is a restriction made by Benelli because of federal firearms laws, not by CMC Government Supply. As a business, we would prefer to sell to as many first responder customers as possible.

All trade in shotguns must be police service type tactical shotguns in good working condition and are subject to inspection & acceptance. CMC does not currently offer this program to individual officers.
